CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% service fee. To avoid this fee, clients may reschedule their appointment immediately. In the event of a major life emergency, the fee will be waived at my discretion. This policy allows me to respect my time while continuing to accommodate all clients fairly.
